Three days to stop, to breathe, and to return to yourself.

A gentle journey through the body — breath, movement, touch, and sound. A place to quiet the noise, meet what's there, and take with you a tool that stays long after the workshop ends.

Even if you've never done anything like this before.

An Invitation

Most of us live with our heads up and an endless inner noise. We function, we worry, we run — and rarely truly stop.

This workshop is three days to stop. Not to "improve" or to get anywhere — simply to be, and to discover how much the body knows how to soften, release, and rest, when given the conditions.

Breath is the gateway. Through it you can meet tension, emotion, and fatigue carried for a long time — gently, safely, and not alone. No prior experience needed, and no need to "believe" in anything in advance. Just show up, and breathe.

Your guide — Nimrod Kaufman

Nimrod Kaufman

Nimrod has been teaching and guiding breathwork for over a decade, in Israel and abroad. He founded the Center for Breath Therapy (2013), which has graduated more than 300 practitioners, and is bringing the workshop — exactly as it runs in Israel — to Colorado for the first time.

His approach is soft, patient, and never pushing: you hold the wheel, and move at your own pace. Behind the softness is a precise method and professional work. (Background: retired Lt. Col. of the Israeli Air Force, M.A. in organizational consulting, B.A. in psychology and philosophy.)

The Journey

Three days that build gradually, session after session, in a small group and a held, safe space. Breath, movement, touch, and sound — a journey that bypasses the mind and invites presence. We don't push and we don't rush. There is no destination to reach, and each person moves at their own pace. The workshop opens at midday on day one and ends at 5pm on day three. Included: rich vegetarian/vegan meals throughout, and close support from the team.

The place — Happy Dog Ranch, Colorado

A quiet ranch on the hills south of Denver — green pastures, horses, and open sky all the way to the horizon. A held, simple, beautiful space that lets the body downshift before the work even begins.

Who it's for

  • Anyone who wants to stop, breathe, and lower the volume of inner noise
  • Anyone looking for a practical tool to regulate stress and anxiety — that stays with you afterwards
  • Anyone who wants to meet the body and emotions again, gently
  • Anyone who wants to release blocks, conscious and unconscious
  • Anyone who simply needs a few days for themselves

No prior experience required, and no need to be "spiritual". Just come with openness.

"You helped me bring light into a dark time. I connected with a greater strength and freedom, and above all opened new doors to self-awareness and many insights."
Tal
"I learned to breathe, to open my heart even more, not to be afraid to move and not to be preoccupied with my surroundings, but with what's inside."
Noa
"In the workshop I experienced breathwork this way — and any kind of emotional/inner work — for the first time. It felt wonderful and special, as if I was shedding armor built up over years. The thoughts and feelings that surfaced surprised me deeply. The workshop was a beautiful inner journey of care and healing. By the end I felt as if I had released what I no longer needed. In the short time since, I feel more grateful to myself, more attentive and more present."
Noam
"I deepened my relationship with breath, my command of the depth of the experience, attention to transitions and to the energy in the body. I met special people. The sessions themselves were excellent and the guidance precise. The team was wonderful — attentive to participants down to the smallest detail. The location is stunning, and the conditions and food were perfect!"

"I received a place to rest in. An experience of breath and attention to the body. A quiet space that allows gathering and healing. I was reminded how good it is to take time out and come on my own. Huge thanks to Nimrod and the attentive team. A great generosity is felt throughout the workshop — in the content, in the humanity, and materially."
Riki
"I had a very deep experience I hadn't had in many workshops I've attended. The pacing of the processes and the workshop was gradual and right for me. Nimrod was there for us and made space for everyone — the smile, the acceptance, the willingness to help, and along with him the team and their remarkable sensitivity are not something to be taken for granted. Bravo 🙏"
Shmuel
"The workshop was a moment of meaningful change for me. I learned so much about myself over that weekend and released a lot of pain that had lived in my body for a long time. Since the workshop I feel lighter, more aware of my reactions and patterns, more attuned to my breath and practicing breathing. I am full of excitement about this gift I received and can't wait to keep exploring my breath."
